Delete your account & data

Request permanent deletion of your Uryth account and everything stored on our servers.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@uryth.com from the email address linked to your Uryth account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete My Account.
  3. We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our cloud servers:

  1. Your account identity — name, email, and profile photo
  2. Every item and purchase record synced to the cloud
  3. Your Family Sharing access — your membership ends and you're removed from the group
  4. Anything you shared with that group

This is permanent deletion, not deactivation — it cannot be undone. Data stored only on your own device is unaffected by this request; delete the app to remove that separately.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel separately through the App Store or Google Play if you don't want to continue being charged.
