Welcome to Uryth ("Uryth", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Uryth mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Uryth is a personal inventory and life management application designed to help individuals and families organize household belongings, purchases, subscriptions, licenses, warranties, expiry dates, and other personal inventory information. The Service also provides reminders for upcoming expiry dates, low-stock items, subscription renewals, and similar events. Users who subscribe to Uryth Pro may synchronize their data across devices and share selected information with members of a Family Sharing group.
We believe that your personal inventory belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information, we do not display third-party advertising, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.

If you choose not to create an account, Uryth can be used in local-only mode. In this mode, your inventory data remains stored solely on your device and is not uploaded to our cloud services.
Creating an account is required only when you choose to subscribe to Uryth Pro or participate in Family Sharing. Cloud synchronization and shared features are unavailable without an account.
The information we collect depends on how you use Uryth. Many features are available without creating an account. If you choose to subscribe to Uryth Pro or participate in Family Sharing, additional information is required to provide cloud-based services.

If you choose to tag where an item was purchased, Uryth may request access to your device's precise location. This permission is entirely optional and is used only when you decide to record a purchase location.
Our analytics providers may derive an approximate geographic region from your IP address to help us understand general usage patterns. This information is not used to track your movements.

These providers may process personal information solely for the purpose of providing services to Uryth. They are not authorized to use your information for their own advertising or marketing purposes through Uryth.
Your payment card details are never received or stored by Uryth. Subscription payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. RevenueCat receives only the information necessary to validate and manage subscriptions.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Each user's cloud data is protected by authentication and access control rules designed to ensure that users can access only their own data or data intentionally shared through the Family Sharing feature.
Although we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, protecting your account credentials, and restricting access to devices on which you use Uryth.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you use Uryth without creating an account, your inventory data is stored only on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers. Removing the application from your device may permanently remove locally stored data unless you have created your own backups.
If you create a Uryth account, your cloud data is retained while your account remains active. Cloud synchronization is available only to eligible Uryth Pro subscribers.
If your Uryth Pro subscription expires, your cloud data will be retained for 7 days to allow you to renew your subscription without losing your cloud data.
If the subscription is not renewed within this period, your cloud data may be permanently deleted. Any data stored locally on your device is not affected by the deletion of your cloud data.
If the owner of a Family Sharing group no longer maintains an eligible Pro subscription, administration of the group may automatically transfer to another eligible Pro member in accordance with the application's Family Sharing rules.
If no eligible Pro member remains after the applicable retention period, the Family Sharing group may be disbanded.
You may permanently delete your account at any time through the application's account settings or by submitting a request through our official account deletion page.
Deleting your account permanently removes your associated cloud data, including account information, synchronized inventory records, uploaded photos, purchase history, and Family Sharing membership, subject to any limited retention required by applicable law.
Deleting your Uryth account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Uryth is operated from Malaysia. To provide the Service, we use cloud service providers whose infrastructure may be located in multiple countries.
As a result, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers to protect personal information transferred across borders.
Uryth does not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated processing. While the Service may use your information to generate reminder notifications, restock estimates, and other personalized features, these functions are designed solely to assist you and do not make legally binding decisions on your behalf.
Uryth is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as practicable.
