Users who subscribe to Uryth Pro may synchronize their data across devices and share selected information with members of a Family Sharing group.

We believe that your personal inventory belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information, we do not display third-party advertising, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, protecting your account credentials, and restricting access to devices on which you use Uryth.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9.1 Local-Only Users

If you use Uryth without creating an account, your inventory data is stored only on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers. Removing the application from your device may permanently remove locally stored data unless you have created your own backups.

9.2 Cloud Accounts

If you create a Uryth account, your cloud data is retained while your account remains active. Cloud synchronization is available only to eligible Uryth Pro subscribers.

If your Uryth Pro subscription expires, your cloud data will be retained for 7 days to allow you to renew your subscription without losing your cloud data.

If the subscription is not renewed within this period, your cloud data may be permanently deleted. Any data stored locally on your device is not affected by the deletion of your cloud data.

9.3 Family Sharing

If the owner of a Family Sharing group no longer maintains an eligible Pro subscription, administration of the group may automatically transfer to another eligible Pro member in accordance with the application's Family Sharing rules.

If no eligible Pro member remains after the applicable retention period, the Family Sharing group may be disbanded.

9.4 Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time through the application's account settings or by submitting a request through our official account deletion page.

Deleting your account permanently removes your associated cloud data, including account information, synchronized inventory records, uploaded photos, purchase history, and Family Sharing membership, subject to any limited retention required by applicable law.

Deleting your Uryth account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
