Welcome to Uryth ("Uryth", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uryth mobile application, related websites, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal information.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the cloud features of Uryth.

Uryth is a personal inventory and life management application designed to help users organize household items, purchases, warranties, licenses, subscriptions, expiry dates, receipts, and related information.
Features available within the Service may include:
Certain features require an active Uryth Pro subscription.
Many features of Uryth may be used without creating an account. When using Uryth without an account, your information remains stored locally on your device.
Creating an account is required only if you choose to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Uryth Pro subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription billing is handled entirely by the applicable app store.
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew in accordance with the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access to Pro features. Access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Uryth does not process or approve subscription refunds directly.
Uryth Pro includes an optional Family Sharing feature that allows eligible subscribers to share selected inventory information with members of a Family Sharing group.
Family Sharing is intended for people who know and trust one another, such as family members or members of the same household.
Depending on your sharing settings, Family Sharing members may be able to view or interact with:
Your email address is never displayed to other Family Sharing members.
The member who creates a Family Sharing group becomes its owner and is responsible for managing membership and shared access.
If the owner's eligible Uryth Pro subscription expires, ownership may automatically transfer to another eligible Pro member in accordance with the Family Sharing rules implemented within the Service.
If no eligible Pro member remains after the applicable retention period, the Family Sharing group may be disbanded.
You are responsible for deciding what information you share through Family Sharing. Once information has been shared, other members may view, modify, or delete shared information according to the permissions provided by the Service.
You agree to use Uryth responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
You must not:
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of the information, photographs, notes, inventory records, and other content that you upload or create using Uryth ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant Uryth a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
This license ends when your User Content is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, logos, icons, text, layout, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Uryth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The Service may include components licensed under open-source software licenses.
Your use of those components is governed by the applicable open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licenses.
From time to time, we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features.
These features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice and may not perform as reliably as generally available features.
Unless otherwise stated, beta features are provided "as is" without any additional warranty.
We strive to keep Uryth available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace features of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt active users.
We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have:
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to notify you before taking permanent action. However, immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service.
You may stop using Uryth at any time.
If you have a Uryth account, you may permanently delete it through the application or by using our official account deletion page.
Deleting your account permanently removes your associated cloud data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Upon termination of your account:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
Reminder notifications are intended as a convenience only. Although Uryth is designed to help you remember important dates and events, you remain solely responsible for monitoring expiry dates, warranties, subscriptions, licenses, and other important information.
You should not rely on reminder notifications as your only method of tracking important deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uryth and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Although Uryth provides cloud synchronization for eligible Uryth Pro subscribers, no electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee against every possibility of interruption, corruption, or data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of any information that is important to you. We encourage you to keep your own records or backups of important warranties, receipts, licenses, subscriptions, expiry dates, and other information that you do not wish to lose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uryth, its developer, and its service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices.
When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Uryth regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Uryth.
